Priority Registration: Club groups with 6 or more teams must be registered by Friday, September 17th. Cost is $400 deposit/team.
One Day Open Registration: Club groups with 5 or less teams and individual teams must register with the full team fee of $2,300 on Wednesday, September 22nd. Registration commences at 2:00PM and runs until 7:00PM. Registration is first come-first served, and held at the Sport Zone: 100 Business Rt. 30 (Hill Ave), Aurora, IL 60504.
 
All teams must have a registration form.
All teams registering must have the waiver form, team registration form, and full payment.
